While dental picks and scrapers are still important to dental procedures today, theInternational Center for Advanced Dentistry has added bio-tissue lasers to our list of tools. Bio lasers are an impressive leap forward in technology that allows us to clean more effectively in a less invasive way. These lasers are specially designed to work with the human body, so they will not harm soft tissue, but will break up any hardened plaque and debris, making them an effective tool for dental cleanings and many other procedures. Because some debris is too small to be removed by a dental pick, a laser is used to remove these difficult stains. While many dentists still only use metal tools, we believe that using bio-tissue lasers helps us to facilitate a more comfortable and enjoyable dental care experience.
Why we use bio-laser technology:
Safe for skin
Safe for enamel
The International Center for Advanced Dentistry is proud to offer our patients the latest in dental care technology. If you have any questions about how we use dental lasers to enhance our level of care, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send an email.
